Shengzhe (Jackson) Wang works at the confluence of water and the built environment to pioneer creative structural systems that enhance the resiliency of future cities against natural hazards exacerbated by a changing climate. His work employs advanced computational simulations, hydraulic experiments, quasi-static and high strain rate testing, as well as human behavioral research.
